Bye policy: One half-point bye is available for any round. But you must request the bye no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start of Round 2 in your section. After Round 2 begins, your bye request is irrevocable. Players having received a full-point bye in Round 1 are not eligible to request a half-point bye in subsequent rounds.
Other requirements: Current USCF membership is required of all participants. NCCA membership is required of all NC residents age 18 and up (other states OK).
